We employ a diverse range of highly qualified professionals (Senior social workers, ex-police intervention officers, clinical psychologists and social prescribers)  who deliver services including, contact supervision and assessment, drug and alcohol risk assessment, Court directed assessments and reports, person- centered counseling, parenting program delivery and life skill programs.

Jackey Cook Practice Director

​

Jackey holds a degree in social science and is a qualified  teacher. She has significant experience in working with young people and families with a range of complex needs for the past 25 years. During this time she has been involved in assessment of risk in relation to a range of young people and children in care. She  is qualified in Safeguarding, has achieved youth work training modules 1-10 and has been delivering independence programs for many years. Jackey specialises in working with multi agencies,children and families,  where she is able to balance the needs of the clients against the agencies expectations. Jackey also has extensive experience as a registered manager, in a multitude of residential care homes for children and young people. She has achieved 10 outstanding ratings from Ofsted in her last 12 years.

Debbie Burns Managing Director

​

 Debbie holds a Bsc degree in social work, CACDP in British sign language. She has significant experiences in statutory social work, assessing and addressing child need and protection issues, family conflict, breakdown, and parenting issues. Debbie has many years of experience within the family court system and has delivered rehabilitation plans for children as well as long-term fostering and adoption plans. Debbie specialises in work with extremely volatile clients due to her adaptable communication skills.
